Yes. TESSA Field Notes is free forever for technicians. There is no trial period, no paywall, no subscription, and no report cap.
What is the catch?
There is not one for individual technicians and small teams. TESSA Field Notes is the entry point to our business. Organizations that need full service management — scheduling, dispatch, fleet oversight, integrations — move to TESSA Operations, which is a separate paid product sold under its own agreement.
Will you start charging later?
Accounts created under the free model stay free. If we ever add optional paid add-ons, existing Field Notes functionality remains free.
